The Principles
These principles are the foundation of everything we do here at The Body School. After watching this series you’ll have a clear understanding why sensing is important, how the position of your ribcage and pelvis influences your movement potential, why your 'weak' areas are probably not weak but overworked, that your left side needs different exercises than your right and how you can learn to listen to your body.
Additional Support
To help support your journey and learning we have several support options. These include a community text group for accountability, asking questions and connecting with the rest of the community outside of class. We also have an online forum as well as a comment section under each video. Finally to ensure you have access to the theory behind everything we do we also have The Classroom in which we post short videos to dive a little deeper on topics we cover in class.
