This weekly class is all about finding your chill. We teach what we believe to be THE fundamentals of human movement. You will leave each class feeling deeply relaxed and energised - especially on days you feel worn out. Every Monday live from 17:30 (GMT) / 18:30 (CET).

On-Boarding Series

Here is where you'll find everything you need to know to get the most out of your membership. A series of 7 short videos covering topics such as platform navigation, info about our classes, what equipment you'll need and much more. The perfect way to start your journey with us.

The Principles

These principles are the foundation of everything we do here at The Body School. After watching this series you’ll have a clear understanding why sensing is important, how the position of your ribcage and pelvis influences your movement potential, why your 'weak' areas are probably not weak but overworked, that your left side needs different exercises than your right and how you can learn to listen to your body.

The Library

This is where you can find recordings of our most recent classes. We keep up to 4 classes in our library for you to access at any time. This is for you if live classes feel a bit daunting at first and you’d like to pause and play at your own pace or if you simply can’t make it live.

Additional Support

To help support your journey and learning we have several support options. These include a community text group for accountability, asking questions and connecting with the rest of the community outside of class. We also have an online forum as well as a comment section under each video. Finally to ensure you have access to the theory behind everything we do we also have The Classroom in which we post short videos to dive a little deeper on topics we cover in class.

At Home or In The Gym

Our content is designed to utilised at home or in the gym, all you need is a device and a stable internet connection. We understand that not everybody likes to train at the gym and so we try to make use of every day items around the house to get you started. If you enjoy our classes and want to invest building up your at home set up, we have a suggested equipment list to help you find the best products for your needs.
