45m
If you are feeling tight or compressed in your right ribcage, right chest area or right lat this class is for you! The right chest, side & upper rib can become chronically compressed when we cannot breathe properly into these areas. So how do we solve this? We need the left diaphragm (that big parachute like muscle inside your ribcage) to move up with the exhale, and find support from the left obliques, so that we ‘pump’ air into the right chest/ribcage. This is exactly what we will focus on while also addressing problems that can arise along the way, such as a right lat getting in the way!
